Positive: The location is not bad, close to Downtown and Burj Khalifa
Negative: The Host. Connected ony by WhatsApp. We delayed our check-in due to THEIR delay and a day before leaving he sent me a message threatening me to pay extra charge in case of a late check out (that I didn't even ask for). Flat not so bad (but quite small); windows not really soundproof, bathroom to repaint and shower very poor.
